From Yes to “I Do”

Book now

It all starts with choosing your date and locking in your venue - once those two are set, everything else can fall into place.

From there, I always suggest securing your key vendors early, especially your photographer. Popular dates can book out well over a year in advance, so building your dream team sooner rather than later makes all the difference. Once that’s underway, reach out to check my availability - I’d love to see if I can be part of your day.

Wedding planning can move quickly, but that’s where I come in. From our first conversation through to the moment you walk back down the aisle, I’m here to guide you, support you, and make the process feel calm and enjoyable.

On the day itself, I do more than just officiate - I set the tone. I create a ceremony that feels relaxed, engaging, and completely true to you as a couple. Think great energy, genuine moments, and a seamless flow that naturally leads into the celebration to follow.

If you’re ready to create something meaningful, fun, and unforgettable, let’s get started.

The Process ~

01 / Get in Touch

If you’ve had a look around the website or socials and feel like I might be the right fit to bring your ceremony to life, reach out to check my availability for your wedding date. I’ll let you know if I’m free and send through a detailed quote and proposal so you can clearly see what’s included. If you’d like to chat things through first, you’re more than welcome to book a relaxed, no-pressure 20-minute Zoom or FaceTime call to ask questions and make sure we’re the right match.

Once you’re ready to move forward, a $300 non-refundable booking fee secures your wedding date in my calendar and comes off your final balance.

02 / Secure Your Date

03 / Let’s Design Your Ceremony

When the timing feels right, we’ll catch up - whether that’s over coffee, or online and dive into how you want your ceremony to feel, sound, and flow.

Using everything we discuss, I’ll craft your ceremony script and send it through for review at least a month before the big day. You’ll have full input, and we can tweak things until it feels perfect. I’ll also guide you through writing personal, meaningful vows if you choose to include them.

04 / The Legal Bits (I’ve Got You Covered)

To make everything official, the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be completed no later than one month before your wedding - though earlier is always better.

I’ll take care of guiding you through the process, sighting the required ID (passport or birth certificate plus photo ID), and witnessing your signatures as a registered celebrant. After the ceremony, I handle lodging all required paperwork with Births, Deaths & Marriages so your marriage is legally registered - no stress, no guesswork.

05 / The Big Day & Beyond

In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll connect with your planner or venue coordinator to make sure every detail is aligned and nothing is left to chance. I arrive well ahead of the ceremony so everything is set, tested, and ready to go.

On the day, you’ll sign the required legal documents, including the official marriage certificates and your keepsake certificate. Two witnesses over the age of 18 will be needed - they can be anyone you choose.

After the celebrations, I take care of submitting all documentation to Births, Deaths & Marriages. Once it’s registered, your marriage is official.

That’s it - you’re married. Time to celebrate.

Let's lock it in
